I have a lot of weight to lose and I’m tired of making excuses. I decided now is the time to start living healthier.
I am just starting my journey with Beachbody but so far I am impressed. I purchased a challenge pack that included Beachbody on Demand so I have access to all of their workouts including Core De Force, P90x, Cize, etc. For this first round I am doing Core De Force which is a mixed martial arts inspired workout.
The meal plan is actually really easy to follow once you understand it. The first three days I freaked out because it’s a lot of food and trying to fit it all in was a challenge in itself. Now it’s a lot easier since I know exactly what that amount of food looks like.
I hope to one day have a success story.
