Red Flags…
Too loud.Too clingy.Too much make-up.
I could go on and on. The other guys in the Single Dad’s Club would say I’m obsessed with finding them. But none of their kid’s mothers call a maximum-security prison home either, so their opinions mean shit.
Caterina Santora has her own list of red flags…
She’s too young.She’s my client’s daughter.She’s my five-year old’s camp counselor.
Even after repeating this mantra to myself every morning on the way to Lily’s summer camp, guess what happens the moment I see Cat? Yeah, that mantra turns into ride me, doggie style and reverse cowgirl.
Every. Damn. Time.
The fact that she doesn’t remember me from six years before grates on me until I don’t have it in me to leave her alone any longer. I have to have her. But our lives are opposites in every way. In no way compatible.
When we’re together all the complications fade away and I have to keep reminding myself, even if I can have her— I can’t keep her.

I was hooked from the start on this book. I couldn’t put it down and I got so into it that my fiance was giving me weird looks. That might have been because a couple of parts had me laughing and one part had me tearing up.

Marcus is a single dad to a 5 year old little girl named Lily. Lily is everything to him and she always comes first no matter what. When Cat steps back into his life after 6 years, he realizes she is not the same girl who threw herself at him. She has grown up a lot and developed curves in all the right places. The ten year age difference and Lily keep him from just diving right in automatically. Cat may be 24 but she knows she wants Marcus. She just has to decide if staying in Climax Cove is what she wants as well as being a mother, or if she wants to pursue her dreams and go to New York once the summer is over. Marcus won’t talk about Lily’s mom and what happened with her and that might just be the thing that comes between them.

I absolutely cannot wait for the next book in this series! I didn’t want this one to end and I look forward to learning more about the other characters in this book. I’d highly recommend Real Deal to all romance lovers!
